XL Precision Technologies Ltd was founded in 1995 and specialises in the manufacture of precision micro-components and complex machined tubes, as well as providing high quality edm services. Our primary processes combine EDM wire and spark machining and deep hole drilling, laser machining, welding and marking, with integrated quality management. We have a unique capability for high-volume, high-accuracy and micro-dimension components.

2009 saw the introduction of fine-cut laser machining into the XL Precision Technologies capability range, together with additional 5-axis machining options.
