XL Precision Technologies Ltd has established a carefully designed and appropriate quality system to ensure all components and assemblies are guaranteed to match customer specifications. Based on critical requirements from both medical and aerospace markets, our systems confirm product quality at each stage of manufacture, providing complete material traceability, batch control and recorded inspection records. All employees are fully trained and qualified to operate these systems.

Quality Policy Statement -
XL Precision Technologies recognises that the maintenance of quality standards in all activities is the key to our success and reputation. The company is therefore committed to a policy to provide products and services which satisfy customer requirements.

In order to achieve these objectives a documented quality system, which meets the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 and ISO 13485:2003, has been established. The practises are outlined in the Quality Policy Manual and detailed in procedures which are complied with by all employees. Objective evidence is provided to demonstrate that the system is maintained and that required standards are achieved.

It is the aim of the company to seek continuous improvement of the business in the most cost effective manner and all employees are made aware of this policy and commitment to its implementation. The overall improvements are monitored as part of the regular management review of the system.
