XL Precision Technologies Ltd was founded in 1995 and specialises in the manufacture of precision micro-components for the medical sector. Through our primary processes utilising EDM and laser technology, we manufacture on a nano-scale in all metals and provide instrument and implant components across a global market. We have a unique capability for high-volume, high-accuracy and economic production with integrated quality management. Major recent investment in laser machining and laser welding has attracted significant market interest.

In Nov 2009 we moved to a new 12,000 sq.ft. facility on the outskirts of Teesside which provides us with the most effective environment for our processes and sufficient space for future business growth. We are delighted to invite prospective customers to visit us and discuss their requirements.

2009 also saw the introduction of fine-cut laser machining into the XL Precision Technologies capability range, together with additional 5-axis machining options.
